The fast and furious Tornado swim season is quickly approaching, so fasten your goggle straps, and join the fun!

           Thornhill's Tornado Swim Team is one of our neighborhood's most energetic and exciting community activities. In recent years we have cheered on 130+ swimmers ages 5-18. One of our favorite accolades to brag about is the number of high school-age swimmers who return to our team every year -- we have a very special group of kids, families, and coaches in Thornhill, and we are always thrilled to have new neighbors join the fun!

The team practices daily from mid-May through late June, and participates in six meets against other teams in our area.  The season wraps up in early July with the Greater Charlotte Swim League's All-Star Meet, where Thornhill has proudly been awarded the Sportsmanship Award for the past five seasons.
