Quarterly dues
Compared to other communities in the Ballantyne area, Thornhill’s 2025 dues are a great value at $779 per year, or $194.78 per quarter.
Payment is due the 1st day of each quarter – January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. It is each member's responsibility to provide the management company with an updated and correct mailing address for billing statements.
Payment methods
Cusick's secure online portal and mobile app give members a dashboard view of their account and ability to make payments online.
You can pay dues in several ways:
Automatic bank draft (ACH)
Electronic check
Credit card/Debit Card
Individual bank bill pay
Standard check or money order
